Jean Paul Gaultier mixes English punk rock with can can girls dawned in ruffles and achieves an edgy elegance. To me, it is what couture should be, going all the way and putting on a theatrical show. It is a refreshing change from the ever so sweet shows of Chanel, Elie Saab and Valentino. It's Punk Couture !
